With more than two decades of experience in management and client service, Elmira brings a wealth of leadership and professionalism to her role. She is often the first point of contact for clients and plays an important role in ensuring that every client’s experience with the firm is seamless, responsive, and welcoming.
From the initial intake through the closing of a client’s matter, Elmira helps ensure that clients receive the support they need. She oversees client inquiries, administrative matters, billing and invoicing, and works closely with the legal team to ensure that the firm operates efficiently and that client needs are addressed promptly.
